Accounting: DATEV and lexoffice
GastroSystem exports the cash journal, daily close and individual transactions in DATEV-compatible format (DATEV booking batch). Your tax adviser imports the file directly into DATEV — no manual re-entry, no Excel cleanup. Alternatively, connect lexoffice directly via API: documents flow automatically into the booking journal, GoBD-compliant and with electronic signature.
TSE and KassenSichV: fiskaly
The legally required technical security device (TSE) runs in GastroSystem via fiskaly cloud TSE. Every checkout transaction is automatically provided with a cryptographic signature — no USB stick, no hardware maintenance. The DSFinV-K export for the tax authority is available at the press of a button. If you prefer a hardware TSE, a Swissbit USB TSE is also supported.
Card payment: Sumup, Stripe and Worldline
Sumup Air and Sumup Solo connect directly to GastroSystem via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The payment amount is transferred automatically — no manual entry on the terminal. Stripe Terminal (BBPOS WisePOS E) supports Apple Pay, Google Pay and all common credit cards via NFC. Worldline (formerly Ingenico) is connected via ZVT protocol — for businesses that already have a Worldline terminal in use.
Online payment: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay
For the online ordering system, PayPal, Klarna (buy now pay later, instalment payment), Apple Pay and Google Pay are built in. Customers pay by credit card, PayPal balance or BNPL. Payouts go directly to your business account — no routing through GastroSystem as an intermediary.
Other: FocusPoint and Google Maps
FocusPoint is an integrated POS platform that can receive GastroSystem orders. Google Maps integration lets guests check delivery zones directly on the map. Further integrations (Wolt Drive, Lieferando import) can be discussed on request.

Can I send DATEV exports directly to my tax adviser?
Yes. In the dashboard you generate a DATEV booking batch for any period and send the file by email. Your tax adviser imports it directly into DATEV Unternehmen Online — no manual re-entry.
Which Sumup models are supported?
Sumup Air (Bluetooth), Sumup Solo and Sumup Solo Smart Terminal are natively supported. Connection via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, amount transferred automatically. You confirm on the terminal by card or NFC.
How does the fiskaly cloud TSE work?
You enter your fiskaly API key in GastroSystem settings. From that point every checkout transaction is automatically signed via fiskaly. No USB stick, no hardware maintenance. DSFinV-K export at the press of a button for the tax authority.
