Pre-ordering to relieve lunch peak
Employees order via app up to 30 minutes before their break. The kitchen prepares by order, not by queue. When the employee arrives at the counter, their meal is ready. The peak is distributed more evenly — queue times drop by up to 60%.

Every item in the menu has its allergens tagged. The labels appear in the ordering app, on the display board and on every printed receipt. GastroSystem saves a history of all menu states — useful in the event of an inspection.
Can employees see the weekly menu in advance?
Yes. Once you've entered the weekly menu, it is immediately visible in the employee app. You can also send a push notification to all users when the new menu is published.
